Terms and conditions

Each piece is made by hand, one at a time, in our studio in Concón. The shop photographs show the actual piece; tones may vary slightly with light and screen.

Once a piece is sold, it is not repeated. Similar commissions start from the same technique, but every result is new: variation is part of the process.

Prices are listed in Chilean pesos (CLP). We accept bank transfer and credit cards.

The piece is held for you for 48 hours from the moment we confirm its availability on WhatsApp; if payment is not received within that period, it becomes available again.

Custom commissions are detailed in a written quote, with measurements, materials and timelines, approved before work begins. A deposit is required to start; the balance is paid before shipping.

A custom commission does not reissue a sold piece: it creates a new one, with the variations inherent to handmade work.

Shipping is quoted per order, based on the destination and the size of the piece. Every piece travels wrapped in tissue paper and protective packaging.

Ownership of the piece transfers when it is handed to the courier. If your piece arrives damaged, message us immediately with photos of the packaging: we take care of it as described in Shipping, payments and returns.

For remote purchases within Chile, you may withdraw from the sale within 10 consecutive days of receipt, under Chilean consumer law (Ley 19.496). The piece must arrive unused and in its original packaging; return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Pieces carry a six-month legal warranty against hidden defects. We replace the piece, repair it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
