Are the pieces really one of a kind?

Yes. Every garment is handmade once; the process doesn't allow duplicates. Once a piece is sold, it is not repeated: what you see in the shop is the only one available.

Can I commission a custom piece?

Yes. We discuss your ideas, measurements and timeline on WhatsApp and send you a written quote before starting. Each commission is created new, one at a time; sold pieces are never reissued.

How do I know my size?

Accepted Answer

Many pieces are one size or cut generously; others are made to your measurements. Measure over your body with a soft tape, without pulling it tight: bust at its fullest point, waist at its narrowest and hips at their widest. Compare with the measurements on each piece's page and, if in doubt, message us on WhatsApp: we will help you choose.

How do I care for a felt garment?

Hand wash in cold water with a neutral soap, without rubbing or wringing the piece. Dry flat, away from direct sunlight and heat. With the moisture of your hands you can reshape it; stored dry, felt stays beautiful for years.

How do I care for an eco-printed silk or cotton piece?

Accepted Answer

Hand wash in cold water with a neutral soap, without prolonged soaking and without chlorine or harsh detergents. Dry in the shade, inside out. Botanical tones are alive: they evolve subtly over time and with light, and that evolution is a natural part of the piece.

Do you ship outside Chile?

Yes. We ship worldwide; the cost and delivery time are quoted per order, based on the destination country.

What is eco-print, and how is it different from felt?

Accepted Answer

They are two different techniques. Eco-printing prints the marks of leaves, flowers and barks onto the fabric through steam or immersion, with no industrial dyes; felt is built from the fibre, shaping wool with water, soap and hands.

Kallvü brings together two artists in Concón: Susana Peñaloza, maker of the felt, shibori, indigo and Kallvü Eco-print line, and Vicente Vera, maker of CreVic's eco-print. Each product page shows who made the piece.
