Our site collects little data. This policy explains what we use, including cookies and analytics, and why.
What we do not store
The contact form does not store your name or your message on this site: they are sent directly to our WhatsApp, and the conversation continues there.
We never receive or store card numbers: payments are processed off-site, through the card payment processor or your bank.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary technical cookies: our hosting uses session and version cookies (for example, session-id and __dpl) so the page loads correctly. We also store your language preference and your cookie choice in your browser. These do not require consent and are not used to identify you.
Analytics: with your permission, we use Google Tag Manager (GTM-5TZSW6XL) and Google Analytics services to measure, in aggregate, how the site is used (pages visited, device, approximate country). Our hosting platform also records anonymous visit statistics. We do not use this data for advertising.
Your choice: when you arrive we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, they stay off. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of this page, or by clearing the site data in your browser.
Third-party services
To answer your messages and ship your pieces, the information you share with us travels through WhatsApp (Meta), the card payment processor and the courier you choose; each service applies its own privacy policy.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell or share it with third parties for any other purpose.
